SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

RETURNS - All items are final sale. If your item arrives broken or damaged please contact us within 3 business days. Any damaged items should be documented with photographs before being accepted for a return. Once the return is accepted by our team, all items must be sent in original packaging within 7 business days unused, with tags and without any stains in order to receive a refund.

Please note that vintage items may have wear, surface cracks/chips and imperfections and sold as is, expect wear and imperfections.  That is what we LOVE about vintage items! No returns or exchanges.  

All custom furniture is FINAL sale, no returns, credits or exchanges. Payment is required in full for all items, no cancellations permitted for custom items once payment has been received. 

 

SHIPPING - Currently we only ship within the United States items from our online shop.  Custom furniture pieces are also only available in the U.S. and shipping is not available for all states.  Please inquire for additional information.
